Graphic stories in which personal experience and social observation merge with visual narrative. Different in form and tone, these works are united by an interest in the human being — in their inner conflicts and their search for authenticity in a world of everyday compromise.
For me, every story begins with a screenplay and a theme, not with a single image. The visual form grows out of the drama, and the sequence of frames becomes a way of telling the story.
At the heart of my work is a person caught between the material and the authentic. The time, the setting and the characters change, but this conflict remains the through-line of all the stories.

In search of happiness, a young couple moves to Moscow, where ill fortune awaits them: a cyst, an operation, a mysterious stranger. A rare example of collage comics, grown out of personal experience; the cyst is an image of hidden fears and change. A joint project with the artist Anna Yozhikova.
Igor, a courier, rides through the grey streets of Petersburg; his days are brightened only by the fresh air of the Gulf of Finland, his colleague Anya and a dream of a trip to the sea together. He loses his bearings and falls for a girl, a blogger — his actions leave invisible wounds on Anya, but an unexpected ending sets everything right.
Part of the installation project “Beyond the Frame” (2021). In the video art “The Gift”, the hero is locked in a closed space; a mysterious box falls into his hands, the objects inside turn into gold bars — he must overcome his greed or perish. The comic is drawn in oil pastel on toned paper. Presented together with the Artkommunalka museum and the Antonov Apples festival, Kolomna.
Max, a successful food blogger, has lost his appetite for food. Chasing new content, he travels to the ancient town of Koloborsk and unexpectedly finds himself inside the fairy tale itself, where he must reveal the merry and dangerous life of Kolobok.
